The General Motors New Vehicle Military Program is an initiative that assists eligible and qualified military personnel. The program permits eligible members of the American army and military to buy or contract eligible automobiles with a special and unique proposal. 

This is a program of appreciation that offers eligible candidates (American Army retirees) the opportunity to use the offer provided by the program to buy or contract new automobiles from a particular dealer.
