Mingle with a Purpose: Heels & All 2025
February 27th, 2025 - This year is the 11th Annual Mingle with a Purpose event! For the past 10 years, the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce has hosted an annual women's event, with the purpose of bringing together ladies from across the community, regardless of work status or background, and giving them a chance to connect and grow together. In the past, there have been up to 280 women gathering for this annual event, and we are planning to get bigger and better in 2025!
Weelborg Chevrolet of Glencoe Supporting Local First Responders
Weelborg Chevrolet of Glencoe is honored to partner with Glencoe Fire Department through the Chevy First Responder Appreciation program, a partnership program allowing Chevrolet to support the local heroes who serve and protect communities around the nation.
The partnership features a one-time monetary contribution to Glencoe Fire Department, aiming to bolster their vital work and enhance their capabilities to respond to emergencies effectively. The program also provides an opportunity for community members to earn additional funds for the organization via a Test Drive Fundraiser.
"We believe in giving back to our local community and supporting those who put their lives on the line every day to keep us safe. Our partnership with Glencoe Fire Department is a testament to that commitment," said Paul Harpel, TITLE, for Weelborg Chevrolet of Glencoe.
The partnership is in conjunction with the General Motors First Responder Appreciation program, a special offer on the purchase or lease of select new Chevrolet vehicles for firefighters, police, EMTs/paramedics, 911 dispatchers, and healthcare professionals and their sponsored spouse.
“Chevrolet values the sacrifices and tireless efforts of those who are always first on the scene, which is why we provide the most inclusive first responder discount offer among all car companies. It is our token of gratitude for their unwavering dedication and service to the community,” said Harpel.

B The Light
Weelborg Chevrolet of Glencoe is committed to helping support Cancer Awareness Month, and this past October, our dealership had Breast Cancer wristbands for sale, with donations going to B the Light, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving breast cancer patients and their families in the Southern Minnesota area. Weelborg Auto was able to raise over $3,000 for the organization, helping local families as they battle their cancer diagnosis.
